Free consultancy support for SW Farmers

 

Are you looking for help and advice installing renewables on your farm? Crops for Energy are involved in the South West Agricultural Resource Management Initiative (SWARM) which offers practical help and funding so that farmers can manage their resources in the best way possible and so improve their profitability and help the environment.

 

Farmers and growers can get expert advice through the Initiative on managing their resources. A farm visit is conducted and an action plan produced. A funding pot of up to £10k is available for each farm to put towards the cost of putting the recommendations into practice. The initiative includes Resource Efficiency for Farms (R4F) delivered by Business Link which looks at energy, water and inorganic waste. Support through this programme includes on-farm tailored advice with in-depth technical assistance. For more information see:
