Kevin Lindegaard of Crops for Energy is delivering the award winning Ignite woodfuel course on March 30th – April 1st 2011 at Holland Inn, Hatt, Saltash. Cornwall. PL12 6PJ.

This 3 day Lantra certified woodfuel supply chain course provides knowledge and skills in the fundamentals of wood fuel production and supply. It is suitable for anyone interested in becoming a woodfuel supplier or getting a better knowledge of processing technologies, biomass boiler systems and markets. The course will include a site visit to the wood chip boiler at Kernock Park Plants, Saltash.

Recent projects

Project management of energy crop planting at East Midlands Airport

This project followed the completion of a feasibility study looking at the potential of growing energy crops on land owned by East Midlands Airport. Crops for Energy is project managing the planting of 29 hectares of willow over three years. The fuel produced will ultimately be used in a biomass boiler providing heating to the terminal building.
